Nicole Trochta joined Gelb in 2007. Her background is in business communication research, with both a Master’s degree in Communication studies. While in graduate school, Nicole studied how employees identify with and adopt the values of their organization. Before joining Gelb, Nicole spent 3 years teaching business communication courses at Texas State University – San Marcos.
