International patient executives from a number of renowned healthcare systems sought to develop and execute strategies to attract a greater market share of foreign patients. The council hired our firm to interview CEOs, international directors, and Marketing VPs to identify and prioritize their opportunities. As a result of this effort, interviewed executives understood how they could work together to increase their international market share in competing with other cities. Most importantly, they were able to see the "easy wins" on which a long-term strategy for joint marketing could be initiated.
