| An international cancer center with a highly-acclaimed website engaged Gelb Consulting to identify opportunities to leverage Internet technology in the application of their core competencies to customer needs.
With assistance of the marketing department and Internet services teams, Gelb Consulting completed four Blitz User Testing sessions on the existing web site with healthcare consumers, patients, and members of their support group.
The recommendations provided by Gelb Consulting enabled them to create a customer-centric web site. The redesigned web site has improved navigation, deeper content with better organization, improved labeling, a sharp look and feel, and information that is easy to find. The reactions to this new web site design have been extremely positive from patients making comments in the halls of the center and in management and board meetings.
