Job Description:
Gelb Consulting Group, a Houston-based marketing research and strategy firm, seeks a marketing professional with an MBA or equivalent years of experience in marketing research and strategy to join our team as a Marketing Consultant.
This person will be responsible for business development and managing client projects. Specific tasks will include leading new business meetings, proposal writing, methodology development, questionnaire design, project management, report writing and making client presentations. Our clients are located around the country, so occasional overnight travel may be required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate his or her experience in addressing marketing challenges through the application of market information and strategic thinking. Superior analytical, writing and communications skills are required. Those with a track record of generating revenue in a challenging and fast-paced professional services environment are strongly encouraged to apply. Non-smoker preferred.
