Job Description:
Gelb Consulting Group, a Houston-based strategic marketing firm, seeks a creative, motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a marketing coordinator. This is one of the entry points in our firm to become a marketing analyst or strategist.  The marketing coordinator will work alongside our project directors and executives in support of business development and project activities.

The marketing coordinator will utilize his/her time management, communications and design software skills on a daily basis. 

Responsibilities will include preparing and proofing key deliverables including proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office products. 

The marketing coordinator will also support project activities in areas such as brand strategy and new product commercialization. 

Document and web page layout and design skills are essential as you will be responsible for managing corporate graphic standards, document templates, and Web site.  Other responsibilities include managing outsourced graphic design work and photo libraries.

The successful candidate will demonstrate his/her experience and creativity in addressing a variety of design challenges.  We are seeking someone who is self-motivated and who can excel in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel), Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign and Flash are desired. Non-smoker preferred.
